Cookie Policy

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your phone or computer when you visit Node-Ecom. Similar technologies (such as local storage) may also keep cart or session data so checkout and login keep working as you move between pages.

We use these tools to run the store securely, remember preferences, and (when enabled) understand which pages help shoppers find products. This policy explains the categories we use and how you can control them in your browser.

2. Types of cookies we use

Essential cookies. Required for core features: keeping you signed in, protecting forms, remembering cart and guest checkout sessions, and preventing abuse. The store cannot reliably process orders without these.

Preference cookies. Remember choices such as UI state or dismissed notices so you do not see the same prompt on every visit.

Analytics cookies. When analytics is enabled, we may collect aggregated information about traffic (for example which category pages are popular) so we can improve performance and merchandising. These cookies do not sell your identity to advertisers.

Payment providers and couriers may set their own cookies when you leave Node-Ecom to complete a wallet payment or track a parcel on a partner site. Their policies apply on those domains.

3. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in Settings. You can also use private or incognito windows. If you block essential cookies, cart, login, and checkout may stop working correctly until cookies are allowed again for our domain.

For a broader picture of personal data (accounts, orders, and support messages), read our Privacy Policy. Questions: support@node-ecom.com.

4. Updates to this policy

We may update this Cookie Policy when we change how the storefront works or when we add new tools. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Material changes will be noted on this page.
